Included in this 8-week (plus one week for introduction) journey: The Wellness Revelation book (returning to TWR, book is not included), weekly video teachings from author Alisa Keeton, a workout calendar with live links to instructor led workouts, Bible study, weekly small group meetings, including a 30 minute workout (including a variety of ways to move), food journal, accountability group, private Facebook support group, encouragement and prayer from a certified facilitator and leaders.

THE BARRE I
Beyond the barre / Heart Made Whole Session 1:
Starting Wednesday, January 29th from 10:20a to 11:20am. Register here.
In this 6 week session we will go beyond a normal barre class. It's $30 and is limited to the first 15 people.
Beyond the barre is inspired by classical ballet and combines cardio and strength training while using fun, inspirational music. Enjoy movement derived from classical ballet positions and steps that will enhance your posture, create muscle definition, increase flexibility, improve balance, challenge brain-body coordination, and reduce stress.
Heart Made Whole (by Christa Black Gifford)

Beyond the barre / One Thousand Gifts Session 2:

In this 7 week session we will beyond a normal barre class: enjoying movement derived from classical ballet positions and steps that will enhance posture, create muscle definition, increase flexibility, improve balance, challenge brain-body coordination, and reduce stress. This session will build upon the steps and principles that were introduced in Beyond the Barre Session 1.
Outside of class we will read One Thousand Gifts by Ann Voskamp (book or audio found on hoopla for FREE) together and have discussion and check ins via class and Facebook.
