The Purpose of this NEW wellness ministry is to spend time in nature, improving our health and traversing the outdoors. 

RENEW: 

The outdoors brings clarity to the mind as we look around into creation. With trip guidance, we hope you expect to see more clearly. 

LEAD: 

Something new, or a new approach oftentimes contributes to new possibilities and probabilities. Our goal is to empower you to try new things.

 

MODEL: 

We go further with others. We believe that to be true and look forward to seeing you on the adventure.

SEPTEMBER 1ST THROUGH OCTOBER 17TH

 

7 Week training with a final expedition on October 17th.

 

Weekly tasks: 

  • Live Zoom call every week

  • Training hike on your own schedule: you will be given a hike objective to complete locally each week (distance, time on your feet, elevation gains, weight selection for back pack)

  • Weekly Bible study reflections

  • Logging your hike after completion

  • Facebook group for community and training tips and progress

 

Zoom call discussion:

  • weekly bible study and journaling review 

  • preparation for expectations 

  • review over previous week’s hike 

  • equipment selection

  • final expedition
